New service plus for Yeply customers: Mobile bike workshop and hepster start collaboration

Rostock / Hamburg, 21.07.2021 - Sustainable workshop service meets excellent insurance cover: InsurTech hepster and mobility startup Yeply (yeply.de) announce their collaboration. Customers of the mobile bike workshop now receive flexible hepster cover.

Focus on sustainable mobility and holistic customer service

The Finnish company Yeply was founded in 2016 and has been operating in Germany since 2019. The mobile workshop and maintenance service for bicycles and e-bikes is now available in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Munich. In total, more than 23,000 bikes have been repaired in Finland and Germany. The mobile bike repair shop is now expanding its range of services to include flexible bike insurance from hepster.

"With Yeply, we want to show our customers that comprehensive, regular maintenance is worthwhile for every bike," says Raphael Blaha, Key Account Manager at Yeply Germany. Yeply's mobile bike workshop offers a flexible maintenance and repair service that checks all important bike components and fixes problems quickly and directly. The on-site service is optimally supplemented with digital services. "We want to combine first-class customer service with sustainable mobility. The cooperation with hepster reflects precisely this needs-based and fresh approach, so we are delighted to be able to offer our customers a new service plus with hepster insurance."

Flexibility and mobility in a double pack

The hepster insurance policies have freely selectable tariffs that cover both new and used bikes against theft, damage and wear and tear, with no age limit. Yeply customers can decide for themselves which benefits their insurance cover should include. To book, they are simply directed to the hepster shop, where they can insure their beloved bike in just a few steps and completely digitally.
